Dear all

We are excited to announce OpenCon 2015, the second instalment of a new
conference series that convenes leading students and early career academic
professionals from across the world. Participants learn about Open Access,
Open Education and Open Data issues, develop critical skills, and return
home ready to catalyse action toward a more open system for sharing the
world's information. OpenCon 2015 will be held on November 14-16 in
Brussels, Belgium.
