[okfn-za] Cape Town open data portal

Hi Greg,

Yes, I added eThekwini Municipality (Durban) and someone beat me to adding
the Cape Town data.

It is a fantastic project and I'd love to see more South African data
added. New data can be added via github pull requests or via a github issue.
