Hi all, I cannot make the call today either, but here is an update:

Malaria indices:

* still waiting for data from Malaria World
* still waiting for access renewal from Medline
* OKF server has been fixed, so I will get the data from the older Medline
snapshot this weekend
* I have run the wikipedia PMC parser provided by Daniel Mietchen now that
it has been fixed and have retrieved the data
* the wikipedia parser still errors when filtering for creativecommons
though, so will work on that this weekend too

If all goes will with the OKF server this weekend, I should have the
service up and running with what data we have by Monday. Then, I will just
be waiting for the data from Malaria World and the update from Medline, and
can add those records once they are available. Then we will be able to do
an analysis and write up what we find.

Mark
