[Open-access] [open-science] OKFest - Call for Proposals

Hello, I have just added certainty next to my name for attending and
speaking re the Open Access Index, and have suggested myself under the
communicating science as well - I can speak about the BibServer and the
Total Impact software if there is interest. Looks like a lot of interesting
stuff!
