[Open-access] Communications with Publishers

I have been keeping an eye on the blogs by Peter Murray-Rust about
text-mining and, following his most recent
update<http://blogs.ch.cam.ac.uk/pmr/2012/04/25/text-mining-the-scholarly-literature-towards-a-set-of-universal-principles-update-and-strategy/>,
I will forward all communications between PMR and the Publishers to this
List.

This is in accordance with the original statements of openness
here<http://blogs.ch.cam.ac.uk/pmr/2012/03/02/our-protocol-for-text-mining-preamble-and-%E2%80%9Cinstitutionalism%E2%80%9D-elsevier-and-other-publishers-should-take-note/>which
ensure all correspondence is publicly available.
