Tom,
Don't worry - At the start of a new project everyone makes mistakes and I
should probably have been clearer. It settles down very quickly. Mail lists
have limitations over real-life meetings and tend to have a small amount of
discourse which gets interpreted in different ways by different people.

I apologize for any unintended misrepresentations.
