Hi,

I have taken out the detailed information that I had put in the OKFN WIKI
for the website because we (Malariaworld) don't want the whole world to see
at this stage how we are going to make an index.
The WIKI is online accessible for everyone so I thought it prudent to take
the INDEX info out.
I propose to do our work on the making of the index by discussing it with
the small group of people that we have and not put anything concerning the
index online for the world until we are ready to go public with it.
