[Open-access] Website up and running!

Hi Tom,

I do understand your concerns.

I just thought it was worth mentioning that there is an online archive of
everything that gets sent to this mailing list. It's not publicly
searchable as far as I'm aware (i.e. I don't think a Google search would
turn it up) but if someone went looking they would be able to access it.
