[Open-access] malaria index and journal ranking talk

for sticking your head out,

indeed, if we want our meetings to be "open", more time zones need to come into focus,

maybe let uns know as soon as your cam/mic problem is fixed 
and then - I'd like to suggest - we will invite you to suggest a meeting time first :-)
