I agree. The number of people angry with publishers  though fairly small is
risingly rapidly. 10 years ago publishers had our trust and most people
didn't think about the issues. Now the publishers have lost our trust. It
takes 10 years for a company (e.g. Microsoft) to recover lost trust. I
don't think publishers have got that time.
