[Open-access] Working Group coordinator

Hi all,

On the call today it was decided that Tom O. should be the main working
group coordinator of the @ccess group. Tom O. will need a back-up going
forward - this may be Cameron (to be confirmed once Cameron has more idea
of his commitments in approx 1 month), but I'm sure both Tom and Cameron
would appreciate extra volunteers!

As coordinator, Tom O. will set up the Skype calls and have overall
responsibility for keeping an eye on the website. So if you haven't already
done so, now is the time to add Tom O. to your skype contact lists :)
