[Open-access] Skype call 10.00 UTC

Hi  Jenny ,

I saw you missed the call because I wrote 10.00 UTC and the time here in
the Netherlands changed to summer time =+ 1 hour.
nobody complained that I called them apparently at 9.00 UTC??
sorry for this , I hadn't thought of the summer time issue.
