[Open-access] Skype call 10.00 UTC

That's alright - I'm usually the one that messes that up so I was proud of
myself for remembering we're now at UTC+1 but clearly everyone else has
switched to summer time as well and didn't think about it so carried on as
normal :)

I should have checked at 10am here (9am UTC) to be on the safe side!
