[Open-access] Skype meetings @ccess

I have only got one reaction from Bjoern this time that he could not make
it.
Today when I started the call I found that nobody is available and I do not
see why I should keep trying to organise weekly Skype meetings

I think it would be best to start next year with a request to see who wants
to have these meetings so that I know that people will be there to talk to
