[Open-access] Skype meetings @ccess

Hi Tom,

I am sorry to hear that there was nobody attending the call today, I hope
you don't feel discouraged about that. Weekly calls in terms of frequency
is maybe too often, maybe a monthly meeting instead?

I have signed up to the open access mailing list just some weeks ago
because this is a relevant theme for economics, too. I put the Open Access
WG in the list of relevant projects on http://openeconomics.net/

I will follow your work and would try to participate next time. Thank you
for you time organising this!
