[Open-access] Skype meetings @ccess

Well there wasn't quite nobody...

Both myself and Mike Taylor were on Skype along with Tom. But we didn't
feel we had enough critical mass or matters to discuss to start the call
today.

I'm sure once we have @ccess issues to discuss we'll get back in the swing
of Skype meetings :)
