More UK requests for information on Open Access! These are likely to
destroy various PhD/DPhils if we keep trying to answer them all... But we
have to

Apologies, as ever, for cross positing. A new Inquiry on Open Access in
the UK Parliament. This is a committee of MPs who scrutinise the workings
of our Department of Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS). Universities
and research funding sit under this department.
