[Open-access] Registry of Open Review Journals?

DOAJ is probably the most complete and up-to-date database of OA journals.

Even if it will take a while, I strongly recommend to coordinate with them
about inserting Open review as one of the options.
In the long run, it will be the definitive reference for this kind of
information.
