[Open-access] Science 2.0 position papers

Dear Peter and Pierre-Carl:

Thanks very much for telling the rest of us about the EU initiative on open
science and bringing to our notice the position papers of many
institutions.

We in India are still trying hard to get our Government (agencies funding
scientific research) formulate OA policies. But we hope to catch up with
you soon!
