Dear Esther

Thanks for the link, it is very useful and shows that fair use has many
interpretations.
Is the 'fair renumeration'  amount that is paid in the NL publicly
available in a doc from the ministry, the VSNU  or otherwise? Or is it a
undisclosed deal?
