[Open-access] Rounded Globe: scholarly essays with a CC license

That FAQ is certainly worth reading in full: it's been tagged openaccess,
literature, ebooks, and—rare accolade—cool, here in Cabinet Beezer.

May their pamphlets be much seeded in the torrents!
