[open-bibliography] New group for bibliographic data on CKAN

I wonder if the 'resource list' ontology (http://vocab.org/resourcelist/schema) created by Nadeem Shabir and Rob Styles of Talis (http://www.talis.com/) is relevant to this? It is a RDF ontology for describing collections of items and was developed to support their Aspire product (http://www.talis.com/aspire/)

"The Resource List ontology is intended for use describing academic reading lists, bookmarks, bibliographies and similar structured collections of references."
