Ah: that was probably the person they _wanted_ to write the book ;-)

Thanks for the explanation.  Of course (on reflection!) it shouldn't be 
in the BNB.  Any thoughts on the suggestion of a zip download, or maybe 
FTP support?  I've tried three methods of downloading - all failed 
("file too big", essentially).
