[open-bibliography] A 4 star classification-scheme for open cultural meta-data

Adrian, I agree with your un-ease about records and collections and  
will add to that... because linked data is about individual  
statements, not records. It is even more difficult to imagine adding a  
license to a single statement that says:

"As You Like It" "was written by" "William Shakespeare"
