I contacted them a week ago and asked for a copy of the data under CC0
or CC-by-sa. The Deputy Director replied and asked for the use case,
which I explained (wikipedia, yadda yadda, free). She said that she
wants to reply the week after the CeBIT exhibition in Hannover.
