Hello,
here is a very interesting post by John Mark Ockerbloom pointing out
that OCLC is now considering open data licensing (ODC-BY):

This topic that was addressed by OKFN already in 2007[1] now finally
gets broader attention. There's much of OKFN material used in OCLC's
slide set on Linked Open Data![2]
