[open-bibliography] Romanian translation of the Principles

Hello,

the Romanian translation of the Principles on Open Bibliographic Data
is now online, see http://openbiblio.net/principles/ro/

Thank you for providing it, Nicolaie.

Of course, it would be very good to publish more translations of the
principles to other languages. Everybody, if you are fluent in a
language which isn't covered yet, please think about contributing
another translation...
