[open-bibliography] getting a personal bib library out

Another typical personal (reading) bibliography Bibsouplet from my
colleague Mark Williamson copied. ca. 460 papers held in Mendeley - dumped
to BibTeX and converted by MarkMcG in minutes into a Bibserver. (Mark, drop
in to meet Mark tomorrow in UG12).

I believe in Bibserver. We are now in a position where every one can "do
their own thing" and explore what is required for interoperability. It will
be useful to get a large class of users who work in roughly the same field,
who would like to compare bibliographic notes in the Open and are happy to
work with a necessarily imperfect system.

I would plan to do this with UKPMC if we can find a reasonable group of
users. Sounds like the maths or DBLP community may also be attuned to this
sort of thing.
