[open-bibliography] Bibsoup - can it handle large files?

I have chopped it into 3 bits and all three load OK so it doesn't seem like
a rogure record. It therefore appears that there is, in fact, a limit. This
seems to be somewhere between 447 and 594 records (9049-12373 lines).

I can't do more - should file a bug
