[open-bibliography] Bibsoup - can it handle large files?

Sorry Ross, and thanks for testing it Peter,

I forgot to increase the max upload size on the new server. However, I
have done so now and it works fine:

http://bibsoup.net/test/morphophylogeny

However now that it has  uploaded, the links to view individual
records are failing. This is due to an error in the way that provided
IDs are being used to create the file links, after I changed the
record path at the end of last week. We are currently fixing that.
