[open-bibliography] property for pointing to web pages related to a resource

Hi,

What is a good property to use for linking a resource to web pages
related to it?

In this case [a resource == a digital object repository object] but a
similar property may also be useful for bibliographic descriptions,
authority records, etc.

The property would be very generic as there's almost no "semantics" /
restriction on what the object of this relation can be.

Best candidates so far:
a) rdfs:seeAlso
b) foaf:page

What would you suggest?
