Victory!
All the Israeli Data is on the Census, and up to date!
Guys, I don't want to step on anyone's' toes - - Is there any "orphan"
country no one's working on, which I might snoop around the web to help
with it?

PS - it's not really a victory when Israel has a mediocre score of 50/70,
but we're working on that.
