[Open-data-census] Open data map for canada undercounts the #of portals

Greetings Christian;

The map of data catalogs is incorrect for Canada, see the list of open data
initiatives here - http://datalibre.ca/links-resources/#Open%20Data%20Cities,
based on the map thera are only 19 a, but alas there are many more!
