[Open-data-census] Open data map for canada undercounts the #of portals

The map (which seems to know of 36 Canadian catalogs) indeed has fewer catalogs for Canada than OKF's own http://www.datacatalogs.org/group/canada which lists 45. As far as I know, datalibre and datacatalogs are in-sync.
