[Open-data-census] Gov Spending Data

Regarding Bulgaria - the data is available per day basis through the
calendar on the right. Click on the date and you'll get 3 spreadsheet
download links with transfers to budget orgs and reasons. There is no
breakdown on indiviual payments however. Each gov entity has its individual
daily report with a bit more details, but these are spread out on their
pages and aren't standartized in format.
