[Open-data-census] Country editors for Serbia

Hi all,

Let us introduce ourselves.
We are coming from Serbian NGO CRTA - Center for Research, Transparency and
Accountability. The organisation deals with and is engaged in promoting
transparent and accountable governments on local and national level. We
also work on openness of the Parliament through the project  Open
Parliament.
We are happy to cooperate with you on promoting open data government.
