[Open-data-census] Country editor for Slovakia - Jan Suchal

Hi there,

here is a short introduction of me: I am a programmer that created a few
popular projects using Open Data in Slovakia. In free time I try to get
data that I find interesting from official government authorities. More or
less successful, learning a lot how to deal with officials and what are
their problems with open data in the process. I also discuss a lot with
programmers that are actually building government websites/applications
about possibilities for APIs and data sharing.
