[Open-data-census] Portugal City Census

Hi again,

Christian set up the Portugal City Census for me and sent me the access instructions a couple days ago.

I read through the instructions and tred to add some places: I populated the google spreadsheet places with some cities following the ascii lowercase standard for the id's, as mentioned on the instructions. And did the /admin/reload/. But http://pt-city.census.okfn.org/submit/ still doesn't list any of the places i added. :(

Am i missing something?
