[Open-data-census] Editor verification

Dear all,

It seems that since we updated the National Census and moved it to it's new
location at http://national.census.okfn.org/ some country editors have been
unable to access their review dashboard.

If you are a country editor and this is the case for you (simply log in
with your Google account and press the blue 'review' button next to a
queued up submission to check), please get in touch off-list so we can sort
you out.
