[Open-data-census] Please update http://census.okfn.org to the same version available in Github

Hi Pablo,

The code on http://global.census.okfn.org/ <http://global.census.okfn.org/> is indeed the same as the latest code on GitHub. Various city censuses are on an older version of the code base. Are you referring to the global census?
