The Isle of Man now has a beta microsite:
financereports.gov.im

The plan is to upload aggregated transactions at quarter end by 25th of
following month, however, specific months can be selected.  To date, they
have uploaded Apr-Jun and Jul-Sep but not Oct-Dec yet due to preparations
and a controversial budget in Feb.

So, how timely is timely on government spending and is there any
distinction between unaudited (clearly much faster) and audited as
presented to parliament up to 2 years later?
