[Open-data-census] Add places -submit datasets to the city census

Hi Maria,

All setup instructions are in the documentation:
http://meta.census.okfn.org/doc/#overview-of-how-a-census-is-structured
Specifically, http://meta.census.okfn.org/doc/#setting-up-places

You add datasets through the front end: http://es-city.census.okfn.org/ (I
assume this is what you mean?)

Country codes are 2-digit ISO - so yes, ES for you.
