[Open-data-census] Company register information criteria

Hi Uldis,

Thanks for you comment! It seems like we had a typo. We meant the following
:
 The submissions in this data category does* *not** need to include
detailed financial data such as balance sheet etc (but if that information
is available please note that in the details).

We fixed it now also on the web site, so keep looking for company registers
datasets without financial data.
