[Open-data-census] Company register information criteria

It was not about a particular URL (there was no URL in that e-mail)
but about the description of the census survey field where people
should enter the URL.

You can see an example at:
http://global.census.okfn.org/submission/0c6f908d-15fd-4485-b1aa-3785c23f6416

Look in the description of the field called "URL of data online".
