[open-data-day] Open Data Day 2014

Hi David and everyone,

I am Masahiko Shoji of OKFN Japan Initiative.

We would like to announce the date of International Open Data Day 2014
as 22nd Feb 2014.

Japanese 8 cities (about 400 people) had participated in it this year.
  Open data movement has been spreading thereafter  more in this
country.   We would like to call for participation to more cities and
people for 2014!
