[open-data-day] Map updates - Tracking Open Data Day events

It feels like this spreadsheet (and thus the map) must be short on US
events - there's only two there, DC and Hawaii. I'm pretty sure there's a
New York city one in the works, for instance.

Anyone know of other US events that can get added to the map?
