[open-data-manual] Kickstart teleconf (was Re: Eliciting further contributions - any suggestions?)

I think the idea of a kickstart is an excellent one. Add yourself to this
poll (http://www.doodle.com/vskz4zrx277c39an) if you would like to be part
of a teleconference this weekend to introduce everyone to each other.

As well as introductions, I think that it would be really useful to get a
sense of what would be easiest for contributions to come in.

My thinking at the moment is actually to revive a Google Docs folder that
has been dormant for several months[0]. That way, anyone who would like to
add a section could either just start editing away or create their own
document and add it to the folder. That said, there are about 5 plausible
options that I think would be worthwhile discussing in a teleconference.
