[open-data-manual] Eliciting further contributions - any suggestions?

Okay, well I'm really glad to have received this feedback.
Everything related to the project, including its priorities and so forth
live at http://bitbucket.org/okfn/open-data-manual. Specifically, do take a
look at the wiki and the issues tabs.
I like the idea of weekly 'ideas for this week' emails. I was just wary of
flooding people's inboxes.
