[open-data-manual] New logo for the Open Data Manual

Hi all,

There's been a discussion for a while about which logo we should use for
the Open Data Manual.

I have pulled together a list of various people's suggestions, and suggest
that we all vote using a Doodle poll. The poll at the end of the weekend,
so cast your vote soon!
