Thanks for sharing this Emily - I look forward to reading it.

I was at the ICT4D 2010 conference this week. One resource I thought worth
sharing with the group was a recent issue SPIDER's ICT4D journal entitled "
Increasing Transparency & Fighting Corruption through ICT - Empowering
People and Communities":

In particular, the articles "Information and Communication Technology for
Transparency in SubSaharan Africa" by Rebekah Heacock & David Sasaki and "
Mobile Technology as a means to fight corruption in East Africa" by Johan
Hellström are worth a peek.
